Jeep Recall Compensation
5-Figure Cash Settlements for Jeep Owners Who Received Recall Notices
Jeep has multiple active recalls on the Wrangler, Renegade, Grand Cherokee, Compass, and Wagoneer. These unsafe defects affect hundreds of thousands of Jeep customers. If you received a recall notice and brought your vehicle in for service, you are able to seek significant compensation in the form of a settlement.
Our firm is able to help Jeep owners who originally purchased or leased their vehicle from an official Jeep dealership in California.
If you bought your vehicle used, the purchase date must be prior to the recall notices that were issued on August 2023.
You need to be in the possession of the vehicle and have valid registration under your name. If your lease hasn’t run out yet, we can help you.
The Lemon Law in California, also known as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Civ. Code, § 1793.2 et seq.) stipulates that your Jeep must have “nonconformities,” which are defined as any defect or malfunction that is covered by a manufacturers original warranty. Nonconformities compromise the
value, safety, and use of your Jeep.
Major mechanical defects can result in extremely hazardous situations. Did you know that Chrysler recently recalled more than 300,000 Jeeps due to the potential for loss of vehicle control? This is a major safety concern, and could entitle Grand Cherokee owners to significant compensation. The recall, submitted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to Chrysler on Feb. 22, affects 2021-2023 Grand Cherokee L and 2022-2023 Grand Cherokee vehicles produced between December 2020 and May 2023. According to Chrysler, impacted vehicles are prone to a sudden loss of control thanks to steering knuckle separation. Affected vehicles can experience a separation of the upper control arm ball joint from the steering knuckle, causing the wheel to fall outward and resulting in a loss of control. If you have a Grand Cherokee, you are urged to check the NHTSA website to view any active recalls on your vehicle.
Jeep is also recalling nearly 200,000 plug-in hybrid SUV's because their windshield defrost and defog functions might not work. The recalled vehicles include the 2021 to 2024 Wrangler 4xe and 2022 to 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe.
